Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment related matters and administration functions which include manpower sourcing, manpower planning & strategy for the division/business unit assigned
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and fully immerse in their businesses, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs are achieved
- Conduct new hire orientation/on boarding program.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
- Keeping hiring managers informed and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process
- Responsible for putting together the job descriptions and key performance index with the hiring managers, co-ordinate head count approval plans and work on the necessary manpower planning and projections.
- Develop creative strategies to enhance employer brand awareness
- Involved and facilitate manpower cost management, talent mapping and reorganization of organization structures.
- All other duties as instructed by the Management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Pyschology or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in end to end recruitment process.
- Experience working in manufacturing industry and fast paced environment would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills ( verbal & written)
- Willing to be based in Taiping, Perak.
