+++ extra Commission will be paid for each recruitment.(Training will be provided)
Operation hour:
9.00-5.30 (Mon-Fri)
9.00-1.00 (Alternate Saturday)
**Requirements**:
Own transport ( independent )
Do all the relevant admin works
Handle all the immigration, labor office works
Able to do local recruitment
Can handle Microsoft excel & word
Can communicate in English and Malay

- To assist in general administration of the Company.
- To assist in office administration:

- maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- handle dispatching of letters thru’ hand delivery, courier, postage etc
- making copies (Photostat) documents as required by Management
- to administer total Company’s filing system systematically for ease of retrieval
- To assist search documents at Registrar of Companies or any other government offices for credit assessment purposes
- To assist Human Resources Department to make payments to EPF & SOCSO
- To assist Purchasing Assistant and Accounts on limited basis when incumbents are on leave
- Fully responsible for equipment maintenance of Office
- Works or assignments other than the above as may be required by Management.
- Maintain company files and records to ensure they remain updated.
- Plan and book travel arrangements and venues for company events.
- Schedule meetings and plan various department activities and calendars.
