CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

**Location**:
WFH (office located at Bukit Damansara)

**Operation Hours**:
2 different shift rotational: Mon - Fri & Sat - Wed

Operation hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 1:00 am, and 12:00 am - 9:00 am

**Salary**:
RM 2900 (basic)

**Allowance**:
RM 300 (Fix) + RM150 (WFH allowance)

**Benefit**:
EPF/ Socso / Annual Leave / Medical Leave / Training provided.

**Term & Condition**:
Permanent role

**Responsibilities**:
5. Achieve and maintain all key quality and productivity metrics in the performance scorecard.

6. To communicate and participate in team meetings, share best practices and flag issues to the Team Leader.

7. Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Management Team.

8. Based upon volumetric demands there will be a requirement to support transactions during weekends.

9. Provide coaching and assistance as required to managers in testing locations under your remit.

10. Identify and report issues causing complaints to improve processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or above
- MUST be fluent in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Preferable someone is staying in KL Area
- Immediately starter preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,450.00 per month
