**Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction;**
- By being responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation of the hospital at all times.
- By doing the cleaning which cover the patient areas, clinical areas and other public areas by using the right tools and machineries.
- By attending briefings and trainings conducted to gain knowledge and to be updated with the organization’s information.
- By reporting all defects found while carrying out tasks to the Supervisor for further actions.
- By acknowledging customers with appropriate greetings as trained.

**Ensure routine and scheduled tasks carried out;**
- By checking the areas that require cleaning upon checking with other the Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor.
- By performing the tasks to ensure the results are acceptable and satisfactory.
- By performing the maintenance and to repeat process when necessary.
- By updating the superiors of the projects completed.

**Ensure efficient waste management;**
- By checking the separation of waste are disposed at the right area following the correct procedures.
- By attending briefings and trainings on the waste management.
- By ensuring that the dumpster area is cleaned daily and all the general waste bins are cleaned weekly at the loading bay using the disinfectant.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM.
- Experience of working as a Housekeeping Attendant in the hospitality industry.
- Detail oriented.
- Good hospitality skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
