**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To ensure and re-arrange the outstanding of request (JOB) being act
- To interview new intake operation staffs
- To re-arrange operation staffs for daily duties and leaves
- To monitor and planning the current request
- To identify the availability of fleet for organize deliveries and collection activities
- To ensure that no complaint from customer on operation matters
- To minimize storage, demurrage, Special Service Receipt (SSR), Collection Detention Charges (CDC) charges incur
- To ensure and monitor on priority customer being arrange accordingly
- To ensure and monitor the performance, discipline, attendance and responsibilities of staff
- To achieve revenue targe that have targeted by the management
- To ensure all deliveries are completed and captured into system for billing purpose
- To give instruction to drivers, operation clerk, operation supervisor on daily operation activities
- To assist planning executive
- To prepare KPI Report, Daily Movement Report

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum at lest 3-5 years experience in similar capacity in warehousing and distribution.
- Computer literate.
- English literate in both written and spoken
- Be able to work effectively with a team
- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Attention to details

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
