English Tutor

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customized English lessons focused on improving speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills, with a strong emphasis on **Business English**.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student or group, ensuring a personalized learning experience.
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to students, tracking their development.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Be available to conduct **physical classes, online classes, and home tuition**. For home tuition, you should have your own reliable transportation to travel to students' locations in and around Mont Kiara.

**Requirements**:

- **Native or near-native proficiency in English.**:

- **Proven experience (3+ years preferred) teaching Business English or ESL to adults, ideally in a corporate setting.**:

- Strong understanding of business terminology and professional communication.
- Ability to tailor lessons to individual or group needs, adapting to diverse learning styles and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students effectively.
- Teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work with students from different time zones (for remote positions, where applicable).
- **Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).**
