We are seeking a confident, engaging, and customer-oriented **Live Host** to represent our jewellery brand through live-streaming platforms and social media channels. The Live Host will be responsible for showcasing jewellery collections, driving online sales, and building strong connections with viewers by delivering interactive, informative, and entertaining live sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Host live-stream sessions on designated platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram, Shopee Live, etc.) to present and promote jewellery products.
- Engage with the audience in real time by answering product inquiries.
- Highlight product features to drive sales and meet targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute live-stream content in collaboration with the marketing and sales team.
- Monitor and track live-stream performance (viewership, sales conversion, customer engagement) and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, product knowledge, and competitors to enhance presentation quality.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and approachable brand image during all live sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a live host or presenter.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging on camera.
- Ability to handle questions and objections confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Comfortable working with live-stream technology, social media tools, and basic video equipment.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to influence and convert viewers into buyers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak campaign hours when required.

**Working Conditions**
- Based at the company studio/showroom with occasional remote hosting (if applicable).
- Full time position based Bukit Jalil

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
