Assistant Account Executive

Assist Account Executive: 1) Perform DO, PO, Quotation and Invoice for Vendors/ Customers. 2) Print labels for packaging and wrapping - liaise with production team 3) Maintain documents and filings 4) Restock office refreshments and stationaries 5) Follow any task by superiors. 6) Issue Payment Voucher, Official Receipt and Statement of Account. 7) Update quantity of stock in the system 8) Update and record any transaction manually in Excel and in the system 9) SQL proficiency is preferred 10) Fresh graduates are welcomed 11) Prefer SINGLE, FEMALE & Presentable Company Benefits : 1) Working hours - 8.30AM To 5.30PM (Mon-Fri only) 2)Annual Leave - 12 Days/Year 3) EPF & SOCSO 4)Personal insurance - Upon confirmation 5) Medical 6) Provide facilities - Patio, Surau, Pantry, etc 7) Increment & Bonus
