Logistics Planner

**Job Title**: Transport Planner

**Working Hours**: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Finish early, go back early)

**Salary**:RM 4,000 - RM 6,000

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement complex transportation processes and daily operations.
- Oversee refrigerated delivery vehicles, ensuring product quality, accurate tracking of chicken products, and maintaining proper storage temperatures during loading/unloading.
- Develop plans to monitor transportation resource utilization and review operational efficiency, ensuring driver attendance is aligned.
- Analyze and explore feasible solutions for improving logistics operations.
- Supervise the transport operations team and collaborate with internal and external parties to implement processes effectively.
- Prepare reports on delivery schedules, inventory levels, diesel usage, maintenance, and daily/ monthly cold truck & tray records.
- Resolve discrepancies in invoice data promptly; take corrective action if customer re-weighing issues arise.
- Ensure cold trucks are well-maintained, including regular temperature checks and minor maintenance.
- Assist in training new drivers and logistics assistants on company procedures and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or cold chain management.
- Hands-on experience supervising drivers and managing daily transport tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prepare and summarize operational and expense reports (e.g., diesel usage, vehicle maintenance).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage a small operations team.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to respond quickly to operational issues.
