**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to record daily cash flow and perform monthly reconciliation
- Arranging and prepare payment transaction
- Prepare receiving voucher and update receiving record to marketer
- To perform debtor & creditor invoice checking/follow up and accounting data-entry
- Update accounts receivables & payable and perform reconciliations
- Sending statement of account for marketer
- Checking store and packing department stock transaction
- Prepare closing stock report (Costing etc)
- Responsible for filling the accounting documentations in timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with related departments to co-ordinate any accounting matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Ms Word and Accounting System will be advantage
- Able to work under supervision and multi-tasking
- Teamwork, pleasant personality and keen to learn
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
