**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.

2. Report on adverse guest comment as and when required.

3. Establish a record of guests’ preferences; especially regular guests and long-term guests.

4. Ensure that interactions with guests are handled in a professional manner and adhere to Hotel’s policies and procedures.

5. Enforce and improve quality and service standards and procedures.

6. Prepare duty rosters for all staff according to local requirements and forecasted occupancy in the absence of Executive Housekeeper.

7. Carry out on-the-job training and off-the-job training on regular basis.

8. Create a positive and highly motivated working environment.

9. Act as a communication tool for information dissemination and workflow.

10. Ensure supplies are ordered as per usage factor or occupancy forecast.

11. So supervise daily room assignment.

12. Carry out inspection all VIPs rooms, floors, pantries and other area on daily basis.

13. Ensure and maintain proper / correct way of handling equipment - carts / baskets.

14. To ensure and maintain high cleaning standards on all floors.

15. To ensure appropriate stock level of linen, cleaning and guest room supplies.

16. To carry out inventory check on linen and guest room supplies on random basis.

17. To coordinate the maintenance of carpet and upholstery in all guest rooms.

18. To carry out job rotation with other supervisor in order to be conversed with all areas in the Housekeeping Department.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
