**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM / Saturday - Half day
**Off Days**: Sundays & Public Holidays

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Smartphone Technician** who is not limited to just back-end repairs. This is a **frontline position** where you will be repairing phones **face-to-face in front of customers at the reception**, while also assisting with **admin and customer service tasks** when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **face-to-face repairs** in front of customers at the service reception.
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones (LCD, battery, sub-board, casing replacement, etc.).
- Test devices to ensure full functionality after repair.
- Handle walk-in customers, explain technical issues, and provide repair recommendations.
- Assist with **admin duties, paperwork**, and support **customer service** tasks.
- Work closely with the **Branch Manager and follow team instructions**.
- Be flexible and willing to **multi-task** across different roles within the branch.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma** qualification.
- **2-3 years of experience** in a mobile phone **service center environment**.
- Comfortable with hands-on repairs and direct interaction with customers.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service mindset.
- Ability to adapt and **support other job roles** when required (not just a pure technician role).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
