- Able communicate with production leader (understand malay).
- Able follow work SOP and follow safety rules.
- Able to read technical drawings and prepare material.
- Work closely with engineers to evaluate the existing processes.
- Configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability.
- Develop best practices within the production process.
- Have welding and Metal Fabrication knowledge.
- Have working experience in Manufacturing sector.
- SPM or Diploma holder
