**Responsibilities**
- To monitor and maintain ETP & WTP by regular checking on operation and maintenance activities in reference to planning / schedule.
- To ensure chemical and spare inventory and it’s indenting.
- To identify the training requirement for the personnel in Utility Department and ensure they are suitably trained for the job requirement.
- Routine or scheduled maintenance are carried out on-time.
- Maintain the equipment daily log book and ensure the consumption as per the norms.
- To perform the gap analysis for the utilities and chemical consumed beyond the norms.
- To ensure equipment health and its efficiency.
- Ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- Ensure legal compliance of the facilities
- Coordinate with all internal customer for any technical matter.
- Preparation of budget and monitoring actual consumption periodically.
- Support and participate in Audits.
- Planning and progress on any revamp, modification or shutdown job.
- Constant emphasize on plant reliability & cost savings.
- Facilitate and support for minor and major projects
- Responsible for plant PM activities.
- Coordinate with inside and outside agency for completion of job
- Manage execution of Capex, repair & refurbishment activities
- Interaction with various support services Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, security for Utility

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least **8 year**s of working experience in the **engineering utility**.
- Required Competency certificate in ETP: Certified Environmental Professional in Industrial Effluent Treatment System **(CePIETSO-BP and CePIETSO-PCP)**_**. **_
- _Knowledge of various ETP and WWTP process including aerobic and anaerobic streams. _
- Must have physical and biological process and biological treatment experience

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
