**What You'll Do**:

- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect products.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer product-related inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional retail education is a plus).
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
