- Monitor each stage of production process.
- Work with team to ensure cost-effective, high quality & timely delivery of products.
- Overseeing visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensuring that food products comply with food safety standards.
- To ensure FIFO is in practice on raw materials and finished products.
- To monitor cleanliness in production area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily QA activities and support team members.
- Organize and maintain QA documentation.
- Perform random quality checks of products.
- Respond to customer queries or complaints about quality.
- Maintain and care for company equipment.
- Handle customer audit preparations.
- Ensure daily production meets customer requirements.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor.
