**Responsibility and Authority**
- Entry daily sub con order into system and do arrangement accordingly outgoing and incoming.
- Monitor, support development of team. Suggest ways to improve efficiency & sustainability.
- Handling of secondary schedule.
- Inventory tracking for Customer assigned by superior.
- PPNC Meeting minutes update and filling
- Supplier and Sub Con OTD analysis.
- Customer OTD analysis (Only Customer assigned by Superior)
- Perform any other adhoc task assigned by superior.
**Requirement**
- To be professional, presentable, responsible and self-discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and to be courteous
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Good mathematical ability
- Commitment to deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work independent with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge on system (Preciworks)
- Proficient on computer skills especially MS-Excel
- Training requirement with superior if found necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
