Received instruction on types of machine or facilities to perform maintenance or preventive maintenance (PM) on
- Organize materials, consumables and tooling necessary to perform the maintenance or PM
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance & inspections on machines or facilities & buildings to ensure all the machines or facilities & buildings in the factory are in good / running condition & eliminate breakdowns.
- Repair / re-adjust machine or facilities speedily to reduce downtime & maintain quality.
- Teach / Instruct operators to use the proper methods of handling machines / facilities.
- Control the usage and proper keeping / arranging of tools & materials.
- Observe safe work practices while at work.
- Follow all quality / environmental / safety standards / procedures / instructions.
- Take countermeasures on all job related quality / environmental / safety complaints immediately.
- Prepare / update all reports for all maintenance / countermeasures taken.
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior.
