Record daily sales and funds received from Account Receivables, knock off invoices accordingly - Record Account Payables invoices and cash bills of products purchased for SPA outlets use - Record payment to Suppliers, Monthly Utilities Payment and Payment to Local Authorities - Liaised with auditors on Financial Year end issues and queries - Reconcile Account Receivables and Account Payables with Statement of Account - Record staff expenses reimbursement, accrued monthly expenses accordingly - Reconcile Bank Statements with bank books transactions - Process monthly staff payroll - Record SST Invoices and online filing once in two months - Month end process and generate management reports for superior review and analysis - Support Finance Manager to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and with accuracy Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Accounting or LCCI - With at least 2 years of accounting experience in handling full set of company accounts - Knowledge of statutory financial requirements, BNM, LHDN, MOF, etc - Computer savvy especially in MS Excel, Financial and Payroll software e.g: Million - Able to speak and write in English and Malay, and preferably other language / dialects such as Mandarin / Hokkien or Cantonese - Able to work with minimum supervision - Experience in Service industry will be an added advantage
