**Job description : DIE CORRECTOR**
- Working Hours : 45hrs/Week
- Working Day : Monday - Saturday
- Working Time : 8.00am - 4.30pm or 11.30pm - 8.00am
- Location : Sungai Buloh, Selangor

**Overview**

Responsible to conducts die inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure production quality. Troubleshoots defects and collaborates with production teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor dies performance KPI (Die performance, rolling, die test).
- Carry out new die testing and quality check on die test sample.
- Ensuring that all modified die shape is meet to production quality standards.
- Assist on keep track product output quality to ensure die performance are as per specifications and customer requirements.
- Assist on Monitoring department inventory levels of raw materials and finished products and update to immediate superior.
- Ensuring die storage are well organised according to standard.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair die equipment by troubleshooting and coordinating with die maintenance staff.
- Advice or proposed on die correct & repair process improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve die performance.
- Assist on providing training and guidance to junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Lead by example and promote best practices in die maintenance and safety protocols.
- Delegate tasks to junior staff and oversee their work quality and progress.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in die repair techniques, including machining, polishing, and re-cutting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with aluminium extrusion processes and related equipment.
- Experience with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and gauges).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
