Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative Duties**

1. Document Management: Handle all administrative paperwork, ensuring that documents are properly filed, stored, and, when necessary, shredded or recycled according to company policies.

2. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into company databases, maintain records of transactions, and ensure data integrity.

3. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events. Maintain calendars for the management team.

**Office Management**

1. Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and that supplies are used efficiently.

2. Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office, coordinating with service providers as necessary.

**Support to Management**

1. Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports on office activities and others related for the management team.

2. Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the management team.

Job Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
- Good command of English & Malay/Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Details-oriented, strong follow-up, and good management skills.
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional information:

- Available to start Feb / Mar 2025
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hour: 9am to 5pm
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Must be able to be base at Batu 9, Cheras, Selangor
