**Job Title**: Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

**Position Summary**
The Maintenance Technician (Electrical) is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and controls to ensure safe and reliable plant operations. The role includes conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical faults, and working closely with production teams to minimize downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, drives, control panels, PLC systems, and wiring.
- Install and maintain electrical components such as switches, sensors, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Inspect electrical systems for safety, compliance, and performance issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance staff to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, drives, control circuits, and PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documents.
- Skilled in using electrical testing tools (multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in shifts and attend to urgent repair calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
