J274-Retail Shop Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Johor Bahru, Johor

RM3,000 - RM5,000 Per Month

**Qualifications**
- **1 to 2 years of retail or food industry-related management experience** _(experience with fruits or fresh produce management preferred)._
- **Fluency in Mandarin is required.**:

- **Strong leadership and good communication skills**, with a **service-oriented mindset.**:

- **Ability to multitask efficiently** and work in a team with a **strong sense of responsibility.**

**Working Hours**:

- **6 days a week, 10 hours daily** _(shift work required)._

**Working Locations**:

- **Desa Cemerlang, Permas, Setia Indah, Skudai, Nusajaya, Masai, Kuala, and Kota Tinggi.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Basic financial management and stock control skills**, familiar with **MS Office and POS systems.**:

- **Able to adapt** to a **fast-paced working environment** and **handle work under pressure.**:

- **Possesses a positive attitude** and **good teamwork morale.**
