**Erp implementation-**

**1. Assist in Data Migration Support**
- Assist with the preparation, cleaning, and validation of financial data for migration into the new ERP system.
- Reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**2. Assist in Process Documentation**
- Help document current accounting workflows and map them to the new ERP system.
- Maintain records of new procedures and SOPs (standard operating procedures) post-implementation.

**3. Assist in System Testing**
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing test cases and verifying outputs.
- Report and track system issues or bugs encountered during testing.

**4. Assist in Training & Go-Live Support**
- Support internal training sessions by preparing materials or assisting in live demos.
- Provide hands-on support to finance team members during and after go-live.

**5. Assist in Liaison with Implementation Team**
- Communicate effectively with ERP consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and resolution of issues.

**6. General Accounting Support**
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks (AP/AR, etc.) during the transition period.
- Support monthly closing activities as needed.
- Assist the Accounts team with general administrative tasks

Requirement:

- Any related
- qualification to accountancy.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level are welcomed.
- Attentive to details
- Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
