**Position Overview**: We are on the hunt for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to become a part of our kiosk crew. As a kiosk crew member, you play an essential role in representing our brand and ensuring our customers have a delightful experience. Your responsibilities will range from serving customers to managing inventory.
- Full time: 5 days a week (rotational shift) _

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Service**

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour. Provide them withproduct details, answer queries, and ensure a pleasant experience.

**2. Scoop & Bake**

Expertly scoop out cookie dough and bake it to perfection, ensuring each cookie meets our quality standards.

**3. Packing**

Efficiently and neatly pack cookies for customers, ensuring the presentation aligns with our brand image.

**4. Inventory Management**

Keep a meticulous record of stock, report any discrepancies, and ensure timelyreplenishment.

**5. Preorders Management**

Keep track of and prepare preorders for customer pick-up, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.

**6. Cleanliness & Maintenance**

Uphold the utmost level of cleanliness at the kiosk. This includes cleaning equipment, utensils, and the general kiosk area.

**7. Team Collaboration**

Work harmoniously with fellow crew members and communicate effectively toensure seamless operations.

**8. Compliance**

Adhering to the KKM Food Regulations, Safety and Hygiene.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Basic arithmetic skills for inventory and cash handling purposes.
