Are you ready to step into a dynamic finance role within a public listed company? **Taghill Holdings Berhad** is looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager** to support our finance function across investment holding, construction, and property development entities.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong **audit foundation (min. 3 years)** plus **hands-on commercial industry experience** looking to advance their career in a listed company environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports and group consolidation of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with MFRS, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and compliance, taxation, and statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
- Take charge in group consolidation, intercompany transactions, and support corporate finance related tasks.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- **Professional qualification** (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent); **MIA membership required**.
- **Minimum 3 years’ audit experience** **plus exposure in commercial industry** preferred (e.g., property, construction, or investment holding).
- Strong technical knowledge in MFRS, tax, and Bursa compliance matters.
- Independent, analytical, and meticulous with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- With sense of urgency and meet reporting deadlines.
