Learn and developing processes for a new venture capital fund management business, consisting of drafting operating procedures for:

- Investments - investment research, analysis and management
- Operations - deal execution, investment reporting and cash management
- Finance - accounting and financial reporting
- Regulatory Compliance - compliance with all existing guidelines
- Misc - assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences

**; Requirements**:
- Humility, patience and appreciation for complexity
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using Canva for designing marketing materials.
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about the venture capital industry
- Min internship 4 months. Preferably 6 months onwards.
