**Job description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Headmaster/ Headmistress at Abedeen Private & International School in Cyberjaya. The Headmaster/ Headmistress will oversee the administration of the international secondary school IGCSE and A Levels, implement educational programs, manage teachers, and maintain the Abedeen's standards and policies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience of **5 or more **years in Cambridge IGCSE & A' Levels with educational leadership and school management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement educational policies and programs from Cambridge.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities/ Data driven
- Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices according to standards of Cambridge
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Education or related field
- Understanding of local and Cambridge educational regulations and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
