Perform hair treatments and services (including Shampoo) to guests as assigned, based on established standard protocols & procedures
- Before greeting and ushering guest to the Salon, check the area in regards to cleanliness, lighting, smell and functionality of equipment, and standard set-up.
- And clean the Salon and equipment after guest use
- Before starting the service reconfirm guest’s treatment selection(s) and potential allergies
- After the service/treatment, recommend retail products based on the products used
- **Requirements**:_
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel or Casino Resort environment, having work experience in Macau is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, possess hair stylist/colorist certificate from reputable Hair Stylist or Beautician School
- Good command in English, average in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) communication
- Presentable, with decent customer service mindset
- Willing to work rotating shifts (Including overnight)
