**CNC Machinist**

Gross Salary (SPM Level: RM1700 - 1900, basic + allowance)

(Certificate Level: RM2000 - 2300, basic + allowance)

(Diploma Level: RM2300 - 2700, basic + allowance) - Production machinist

(Diploma Level: RM2500 - 3500, basic + allowance) - Engineering machinist (CNC maintenance, CNC Programming, NPI)

**NOTE: Salary can be negotiated depending on your qualification and expertise**

**Location : Batu Kawan Industrial Park, 14100 Batu Kawan, Penang**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce complex, high-precision parts.

2.To perform manual tapping and buffing of parts if required.

3. To understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading work instruction, engineering drawings etc.

4. To inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements using proper inspection tools to determine if the process has been completed properly.

5. To perform tooling changes, offsets, and part setups to ensure accurate machining processes, focusing on reducing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

6. To conduct inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure meet strict quality standards

7. Troubleshoot machine errors and correct minor issues.

8. To perform regular machine maintenance and maintain detailed logs of activities to ensure the machines are always in optimal working condition.

9. To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a related field is required, preferably within the metal fabrication manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in the operation and setup of CNC machines.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, toolpaths, and cutting tools.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
