Position: Operation Clerk

**Salary**: RM 1,500.00-RM1,700.00

Main task: Record, remind and monitor activities for operation department

Responsibilities:
- To record the Haulage’s movement related document
- To attend queries on the status of the containers and update the customers accordingly.
- To record, monitor or update the equipment such as fire extinguish, emergency triangle, cone and etc
- To record & monitor all the puspakom activities for haulage lorry and trailer
- To assist on arrangement for repair maintenance.
- To carry out tasks assigned by HOD or Immediate Superior.
- To liaise with Account /HR Department for Accounting/HR issues.
- To key in daily Incentive and comply with Commission Tracking

Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Johor.
- Computer literate and possesses good command of English & Malay.
- Must be punctuality and has self discipline

Working Time : Monday - Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Saturday (8:30am-1:00pm)

After confirm can choose two days alternative Saturday

Location: Jalan Keluli, 81700 Pasir Gudang, Johor.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
