Key Responsibilities:
Storekeeping:

- Maintain and organize the store area to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders when necessary to prevent stock-outs.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock reconciliations.
- Safely store goods according to company procedures (e.g., FIFO, temperature-sensitive storage).
- Issue stock as per approved requests or requisitions.
- Monitor expiry dates, damage, or loss and report any irregularities.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items when required.

Receiving:

- Receive, inspect goods and materials from suppliers, verifying quantities and quality against delivery orders and purchase orders.
- Ensure proper documentation for received goods (DO, invoice, GRN, etc.).
- Report and document any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the purchasing/quality team.
- Coordinate with vendors for any rejected or returnable goods.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory and receiving logs using manual or digital systems.
- Prepare reports on stock status, slow-moving items, and discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance, purchasing, and operations teams for stock control and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments regarding inventory needs.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and assist during audits.

Compliance & Safety:

- Adhere to all company SOPs and safety regulations related to inventory handling and storage.
- Ensure proper labeling and segregation of hazardous or perishable items.
- Operate store equipment (e.g., trolley, rack) safely and responsibly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a store keeper, inventory officer, or similar role.
- Familiar with inventory management systems (manual or computerized).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
- Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
