**Requirements**: - Required Language(s): Proficient in English and Mandarin communication (Spoken & Written) - At least 3 years or above of solid Digital Marketing work experience. - Familiar with Adobe Premier Pro, SEO/ SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook for Business, Web designing and setting of LinkedIn and all social media platforms. - Demonstrate knowledge of 360 marketing activities which include ATL & BTL, media relations, e-commerce strategies, digital marketing such as websites and social media, publications, creative marketing, events and etc. - Knowledge in planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising projects across social, web, and search platforms. - Must be a creative, motivated self-starter who can work well as part of a dynamic team - Ability to handle a fast-moving environment with changes and uncertainty - Strong problem-solving mindset and able to provide alternative solutions - Strong management skills, proficient oral and written communication skills - Possess own transport. **Responsibilities**: - Manage marketing strategies for all product campaigns, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, Social Media & Creative. - Lead the Marketing team to achieve overall marketing goals. - Oversee and approve all marketing materials, from company decks, website banners, social media contents, brand collaterals, and any offline visuals. - Work closely with related departments to give marketing insights and develop new marketing strategies, including launch campaigns and brand creation. - Forge meaningful brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance guest experience and drive referral leads. - Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department. - Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess. - Forecast sales performance trends. - Manage to improve the online content considering SEO and Google Analytics, ensure it is within the marketing budget.
