Gardener (Tukang Kebun) - Landscape

**Position Summary**:
Gardener is responsible for maintaining and up-keeping the landscape and ground areas looking attractive, neat, conducive and safe for guests and model citizens. You are to work amicably with other Gardeners to ensure the landscape surroundings are environmentally friendly and continuous to be creative to meet/exceed company’s KPI standard.

**Scope and Responsibilities**:

- Keeps both guest and Model Citizen Safety the #1 priority. Accountable for proactively maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for park guests and employees utilizing resources from local and state resources, and Security/Loss Prevention.
- Executes all landscaping operations and horticultural practices; and maintains grounds, soft-space and landscape.
- Ensures that all maintenance MCs follows the Merlin, LEGOLAND and departmental policies at all times.
- Maintains a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics and self-image

**Background and Experience**:

- Experience is not necessary although some experience in landscape maintenance and cleaning works is preferable.
- Possess basic knowledge in landscape maintenance and ground cleaning works.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
