Full job description
- Supervise M&E works on site to ensure they are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely execution of M&E activities.
- Conduct routine inspections, verify that materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain detailed site inspection reports and submit to superiors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and requirements from authorities such as CIDB, DOSH, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders regarding M&E works.
- Provide timely feedback to the M&E engineer or project manager on site issues or technical concerns.
- Prepare technical documentation and site progress reports.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of all M&E systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Record testing outcomes and support troubleshooting as needed.

Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical equivalent.
- Registered with Board of Engineers (BEM) as Inspector of Work (IOW)
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in the building construction industry.
