Hse Executive

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the day to day operations and management of HSE Operation which covers O & M and Project at client’s premises.
- Lead Company’s HSE program (including staff engagement, safety talk etc), implement the program and track its effectiveness.
- Lead the implementations of effective HSE procedures, internal controls and standards for the daily operations and support of client’s infrastructures.
- Lead the executions of effective resolutions of risk, issues, problems and incidents relating to all services delivered to clients.
- Lead team to collect, gather data, consolidate and generate HSE reports for review by Manager before submission to Management and clients.
- Lead in operating all HSE equipment and accessories e.g. PPE (boots, safety helmet) etc to ensure it is always available for staff.
- Ensure compliance with client’s HSE Policy, Standards & Procedures via regular reviews and execution of controls as appropriate.
- Enforce and continuously review the HSE performance to meet client’s HSE requirements.
- Ensuring HSE activities comply with client’s audit requirements.
- Foster and sustain effective business relationships with client to smoothen business process, maintain current business and open up new business opportunity.
- Plan and conducts HSE audits both internal and external.
- Coordinate activities in accident / incident investigation required by clients.
- Undertake appropriate complementary assignment identified by management from time to time.

Requirement:

- Degree in Occupational Safety and Health/Environment/ Engineering or related field
- HSE Certifications by National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Malaysia preferred
- Yellow Book Certification is an added advantage
- Preferred Male
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of HSE principles, practices, techniques and tools
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and implementation in oil and gas industries
- Good command of English and Malay (written and spoken)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
