IT Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT.
- Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
- Manage multiple areas of technology and various departments.
- Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
- Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
- Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
- Create strategic goals and convert them to easily implemented plans.
- Manage external vendor relationships and services.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts and design artwork, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the organisation’s objectives.
- Ensure new staff can log in and use all software of the school.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Test new technology
- Possibly train junior staff.
- Monitor and maintain existing Google accounts for students, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Create new Google accounts for students, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage password resets, permissions, and access levels for Google accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account-related problems promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of user accounts, group memberships, and other relevant information.
- Generate reports and documentation related to account and group management as needed.
- Manage the school’s yearbook.
- Familiarize yourself with the local advertising media, such as the type, the size, and the price.
- Create a primary tagline with catchy statements or wordings.
- Create business cards and all the advertisement designs (both ATL and BTL promotional materials).
- Have creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
- You shall develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research, mainly in the education and training industry.
- Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s website and social networking such as Facebook, Twitter and E-banner.
- Be responsible for developing and executing strong creative work and thinking conceptually based on creative briefs and business strategies.
- Create flash animations for video content and web systems.
- Upload promotions info/news onto the website.
- Design brochures, leaflets, banner ads and related marketing materials on our websites.
- You shall perform all other duties relating to the above that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.
