As a Social Media Executive for our dental clinic, your primary responsibility is to manage our presence on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Your role involves creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and promoting our dental services to attract new clients and engage existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content for our dental clinic's social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This content may include short videos, posts, stories, and graphics showcasing our services, patient testimonials, and educational content about oral health.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful connections with followers and encourage engagement with our content.
- **Promotional Campaigns**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to highlight our dental services, special offers, and events. Create visually appealing posts and videos to attract attention and drive engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends and features, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Identify opportunities to leverage trending topics or challenges to increase our reach and engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other team members, including marketing staff and dental professionals, to ensure that social media content aligns with our clinic's brand and messaging. Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor the performance of our social media channels using analytics tools provided by each platform. Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future content strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms and their respective features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Knowledge of basic photography and video editing techniques.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
- Passion for oral health and willingness to learn about dental services and procedures.

**Additional Information**:

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
