Chinese Physician

To perform pulse reading to understand customer inner health condition
- To perform physical examination to determine and diagnose customer physical health status.
- To determine and perform localize TCM service and therapy in accordance to customers’ health needs.
- To ensure customers’ medical history is taken and recorded in medical records.
- To prescribe herbal medicine where applicable.
- To provide necessary explanation to customers about the treatment and procedures.
- To monitor and supervise customers’ health progress while the treatment is going on.
- To record and update customers’ medical records for each visit.
- To ensure the medical instrument where applicable is well maintained at all time.
- To provide support in clinical waste management and ensure hazardous waste is handled in accordance to infection control requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with members/guest and resolve customer issues.
- To participate in TCM service promotional activities and CSR activities as per Management’s advice.
- Work closely with TCM service team member to achieve management target and company objective.
- To perform any other related TCM procedures assigned diligently.
- Participate in products, test procedures, medical equipment evaluation and purchasing when is required
- To ensure “Quality & Efficient Service” provided to all members and guests at all times.
- To provide related training or health talk to staff and customers where applicable.
- To provide necessary support and cooperation in Quality Management activities.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

- **
- Diploma or Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or Medical field from MOH recognized university/college (locally or foreign)
- Obtained Pratising Certificate from Country of Origin & Locally
- Obtained Qualification Certificate of Doctors from Country of origin where applicable.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in TCM.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

- **
- Professional skill in TCM consultation and therapy.
- Able to perform under pressure.
- Sensitive to latest medical & health development and social issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Excel & MS Word.

**REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

- Proficient in English language communication; both verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) language communication; both verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Malay language communication; both verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in other languages would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
