J276-Retail Assisitant (Non Halal Product)

Taman Desa, WP Kuala Lumpur

RM2,500 - RM3,500 Per Month

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum education** is **secondary level**.
- **Able to converse in basic English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin - preferable).**:

- **Advantage for WSET Level 1 or 2.**:

- **Willing to learn; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**:

- **Trustworthy, patient, and friendly attitude** towards customers and employer.
- **Must be willing to work during retail hours** (e.g. **public holidays/weekends**).
- **Must be computer literate** and have **basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Word**.

**Responsibilities**
- **Representing the company and promoting company’s products** to walk-in customers.
- **Interacting with customers** and attending to their **queries and feedback**.
- **Receiving service sets from customers and providing after-sales service**.
- **Providing product information and selling products** and services available.
- **Daily stock and inventory check**.
- **Minimal housekeeping**.
- **Admin work** - e.g. **Invoice/D.O Billing**.
