**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:

- Design branding materials, including logos, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure graphics align with campaign goals.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring innovation to projects.

Web Design and Development:

- Develop responsive, user-friendly website designs ensuring functionality and accessibility.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement design ideas into functioning websites.
- Update and maintain websites, ensuring alignment with current branding and marketing strategies.

Content Integration:

- Work with multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive elements.
- Incorporate brand voice and tone consistently across all digital assets.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards such as GDPR and accessibility regulations.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide input on design and UX/UI strategy for digital campaigns.
- Gather and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.

Analytics and Optimization:

- Use analytics tools to assess website performance and recommend design improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on website elements to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic and website design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and web development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms like WordPress).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or React.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
