Job Responsibility
- Planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and lead production team on day to day operation.
- Monitoring budget as well as cost control.
- Project meeting with client for works progressing and completion.
- As Asst. Management Representative review for Management System
- issues.
- Monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Assists tendering works.
- Overall responsible for factory supervision & management
- To lead and communicate in project and production.
- Communicate with Consultant, Main-con, Sub-con and all level of staff
- Managing/Designing non-compliances issues and proposing preventing
- and corrective measure on project
- Ensure team member take care of customer property
- To communicate company request to sub-ordinate / sub-contractor
- Ensure team member follow company Rules and Regulation / Job Description
- Optimize the factory occupancy.
- Ensure all machinery is up keep and effective machine maintenance.
- Ensure all factory employee follow documentation as per ISO requirement.
- As person in charge of workshop and store process control procedure.

Job Requirement
- Degree holders or 10 years of working experience in production or project management.
- Minimum 5 years in management level
- Minimum 3 years of steel fabrication experience
- Auto Cad
- Microsoft excel / works
- Internet explorer
- Self motivated and discipline

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
