Job Summary : Responsible for preparing, negotiating and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies or products and ensure that the project is completed within its projected budget. Roles & Responsibility : *Allocate work to subcontractors; *Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts; *Negotiate terms and conditions with supplier, contractors & subcontractors; *Maintain detailed and organized files; *Prepare the tender and contract documents, bills of quantities and other documentation; *Keep track of construction material; *Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors, subcontractors & supplier; *Document progress & material on project; *Estimate the quantity and costs of materials; *Review architectural plan and prepare quantity needs; *Certification of subcontractors monthly valuations and final accounts; *Work as part of team to ensure the requirement of the client are delivered; *Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account; *Participate in Risk Assessment and Opportunities Improvement; *Performance Monitoring - KPI/ Objectives;
