**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Assistance**:

- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote training programs and attract participants.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track and analyze marketing metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts.

**Customer Relations**:

- **Serve as a point of contact for training inquiries, providing information, assistance, and guidance to prospective participants.**:

- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, trainers, and partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall training experience.**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in training coordination, event planning, or marketing roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for marketing content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion for learning and personal development, with a desire to contribute to the success of individuals and organizations through training initiatives.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
