We are looking for** Sushi Chef / Sushi Chef Assistant** for our following outlets:
1. Outlet at Bandar Puteri, Puchong - Hostel provided
2. Outlet at Bukit Jalil, KL
2. Outlet at SS 15/4, Subang Jaya

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sushi rolls and dishes from the sushi bar
- Prepare raw fish and other sushi ingredients
- To work closely with kitchen crew
- Responsible for replenish stock
- Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage
- SPM with relevant experience may apply
- Min 1 year of working experience as Sushi Chef
- Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays
