Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Junior IT Support and Website Developer. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal network systems, computer and contributing to website development projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide basic IT support for LAN and network-related issues, troubleshooting connectivity problems and assisting users with technical inquiries.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our internal network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the development team to contribute to WordPress-based website projects, including setup, customization, and maintenance.
- Perform routine updates and patches for websites, ensuring security and optimal functionality.
- Aid in the identification and resolution of website issues, conducting testing and debugging as necessary.
- Update and maintain staff laptops, ensuring they are equipped with the latest software updates, security patches, and configurations.
- Address Windows-related issues on computers, including troubleshooting errors, resolving software conflicts, and optimizing system performance.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of LAN and networking principles.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including setup, customization, and plugin management.
- Familiarity with website development concepts, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and 365 environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internship.
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT or similar qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
