**Your new company**

You will be joining a MNC which has a reputable name in their market. They are currently expanding their business and is looking for a HRBP to join their organisation.

**Your new role**

As the HRBP you will be in-charge of the overall operations which covers workforce planning, talent acquisition & retention, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, L&D. In addition to that, you will be working closely with Internal Stakeholders on Strategic Projects. You will also be responsible of the Talent Engagement and Recruitment related matters.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 10 years of working experience as a HR Manager or HRBP.
- Has worked in the Manufacturing environment
- Able to work in independently as this role would be an individual contributor.
- Union experience will be an added advantage.
