**JOB SUMMARY**

Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times

**REQUIREMENTS**
- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language English / Bahasa Malaysia (Third language will be an added advantage)
- Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
- Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends,s and public holidays.
- Have your own transport.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the pharmacists in the outlet.
- To process sales transactions for medications, supplements, and other pharmaceutical supplies.
- Arrange inventory for medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Process sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service to meet customer expectations.
- Assist in prescription & consultation.
- Able to identify the right medication according to condition.
- Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times.

**No experience is required as we provide all the necessary training.**
