What you’ll achieve
As an Accounting Analyst, you will resolve financial support issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers and work with relevant non-accounting personnel in reviewing contracts to confirm company policies are adhered to and financial reporting requirements of the company are met.

**You will**:

- Provides administrative support in the ODM billing process. Maintains database by entering, updating, approving & sending invoice, credit Note & debit Note
- Assists & coordinates with internal departments & customer to resolve billing disputes & drive reduction of past due AR. Liaise with auditors in performing SOX/CSA testing and Internal/External audit.
- Checks and verifies invoice record in the database
- Adheres to credit note policy & approval matrix for credit notes/ debit note issuance & supports internal metrics
- Continue effective communication with Business Partners and recommend process improvement initiatives.

**Essential Requirements**
- 1 to 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor Degree
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Good understanding of US GAAP
- Basic knowledge of systems and automation tools (including Excel and Access, etc.)

**Desirable Requirements**
- Professional Qualification (ACCA, MIA etc)
