In your new role you will:

- Identify the gaps of improvement for selective IT service product and deliver POC accordingly, for example:i. Implement automation testing for selective IT service productii. Detect the repeated issue for selective IT service product and workup with internal IT to fix the issue or auto-open an IT ticketiii. Functional support on IT solutionv. Improvement of IT solution performance

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor of Computer Science/ Information Technology
- Preferably final year student
- Good in programming & relevant technical knowledge
- Fast learnerInterested on IT functional support
